We're pilots. We've been the student trying to line up an airplane, an instructor and the weather, and the renter who finds out about the squawk standing next to the plane. TailSlot is the scheduling tool we wanted on both sides of that.
I'm Zack, and I'm a private pilot. When I was learning to fly, scheduling was half the battle: finding a time when the airplane, my instructor and the weather all lined up. Now I rent, and I still want to know whether the plane has a squawk before I drive out, not when I'm standing next to it.
TailSlot books the plane and the instructor together, tells you about squawks, TFRs and IFR weather before you leave home, and works on the phone you already carry.
