Lesson booking that checks everything at once
Students pick a lesson time and TailSlot offers only the slots where their instructor and a suitable aircraft are both free. It suggests the student's usual CFI first. The front desk stops playing matchmaker.

Admin, front desk, instructor, student, renter, maintenance and maintenance manager each get their own view. Universities and large schools can sign in with SAML SSO and provision users with SCIM, and everyone else can turn on multi-factor sign-in.
