Squawks with ticket numbers
Pilots file squawks with a photo. Each gets a ticket number, the reporter gets email updates, and critical ones ground the plane and warn everyone booked on it.
Inspection program New
Annual, 100-hour, ELT, transponder, altimeter/static, VOR check, oil changes and ADs per aircraft, projected against the schedule. An overdue grounding item takes the plane off the schedule.
Work orders New
Work orders with tasks, a labor timer for mechanics on the ramp, and parts pulled from inventory, plus an out-of-service window on the calendar.
Parts inventory New
Part numbers, quantity on hand, low-stock warnings and serial numbers installed or removed.
