What you'll get on day one
We do the setup, so your members keep flying while you switch.
- Members, aircraft and upcoming bookings, set up for you. Send us what you exported from MyFBO (or a spreadsheet) and we'll load it.
- Squawks that reach members. When someone files a squawk, everyone booked on that plane in the next few hours gets an email.
- TFR and IFR warnings on every booking, at the departure and the destination.
- A schedule on every phone. Members add TailSlot to their home screen and it works like an app, with push alerts. No app store needed.
- A published price. $39 a month covers up to 5 planes, then $9 per plane. Members don't cost extra.
How switching works
- Send us your data. A MyFBO export or any spreadsheet of members, aircraft and bookings.
- We load it and you check it. You get a preview club to look over before members are invited.
- Invite your members. They get an email, set a password and see their existing bookings.
